Strawberry Smash
Served with Ecology & Co Asian Spice
Ingredients
- 50ml Ecology & Co Asian Spice
- 2x Strawberry
- 1x Sprig of Mint
- 2ts Balsamic vinegar
- Soda top up
- Strawberry & Mint
Glass & Garnish
- High ball Glass
Method
- Muddle and add all the ingredients into the shake with ice then shake
- Strain into a high ball glass with ice
- Top with soda
- Garnish with Strawberry & Mint
