With hints of cranberry and pomegranate


Ingredients

  • 40ml Ecology & Co London Dry
  • 15ml Barkers Redcurrant, Cranberry & Pomegranate
  • 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Soda Water to taste

Glass & Garnish

  • Champagne Flute
  • Basil leaf

Method

  1. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shaker
  2. Add Barkers syrup
  3. Add 40ml of Ecology & Co London Dry
  4. Fill shaker with ice
  5. Give a quick shake and strain into a champagne flute
  6. Top with soda water
  7. Garnish with a basil leaf
