If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.

1. Go to the Store Login, click on Create an Account

2. You will be redirected to the Register page, fill up the following fields.

3. After creating an account, check your email to see you have received an account confirmation email.

There are three ways to access your customer portal:

1. You can access your customer portal through your Shopify account login.

2. Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your customer portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.

3. You can access your account using the customer portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.

1. Access your Customer Portal, by logging into your customer account here.

2. Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click Add a product.

3. Search and select the product you would like to add to your account.

4. On the following page, you can make product and charge adjustments. When finished, click Add a product:

Click on to Subscriptions, and update the following:

1. Order Date:

2. Delivery Schedule:

3. Quantity:

Log in to your account to cancel your subscription.

1. Click the Subscriptions tab and select Edit next to the subscription you want to cancel.

2. Scroll down on the subscription page and click Cancel subscription.

3. Select a cancellation reason and click Proceed.

In the Billing Information tab, you'll find the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed.

Note: Your billing address is not the same as the shipping address.

If you’d like to edit the payment method assigned to a specific address profile you can do so via the subscriptions tab by editing your existing subscription. This is also where you can adjust the email address used for that subscription.

Note: If you signed up using PayPal and want to change your payment method in PayPal, you may be able to edit the payment method in your PayPal settings. Otherwise, you need to cancel the subscription and start a new subscription via the checkout.
Log in to your account to skip a delivery.

1. Click the Delivery Schedule tab to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions.
2. Click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip.

3. If you want to unskip a delivery, click Unskip next to the order.

Log in to your account to update your shipping address.

1. Click the Shipping addresses tab to show all your shipping addresses.
2. Select the shipping address you want to update or click Add new shipping address to enter a new address.
3. Follow the prompts to update or create a new address.

Note: This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

Log in to your account to add a product to an existing subscription.

1. Click the Subscriptions tab and select Edit next to the subscription you want to add a product to.
2. Hover over the product you want to add and select Add one-time. This automatically adds the product to your shipment.
3. You can click the Delivery schedule tab and select Manage add-on to manage or delete the one-time product.
